The Jean Ferris Events Committee of the Savanna Historical Society will host a Scavenger Hunt from 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 11, at the museum, 406 Main St., Savanna.

Participants of all ages are welcome, although the event is geared for children over five years old.

West Carroll High School National Honor Society students will volunteer at the event.

Museum visitors participating in the scavenger hunt will be given a bingo card titled “F I N D” which will have photos of 16 different scenes and/or relics depicted from somewhere within the museum’s permanent exhibits — Civil War, Helen Scott Hay, Railroad, Vintage mid-1800’s Scale-Model Home, and Wayne King.

Get your “F I N D” card stamped with each ‘bingo’ and win a prize.

Families are encouraged to explore and experience the museum at this fun family outing.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The event is free. Donations are greatly appreciated to further programs at the Savanna Museum.
