Pat was born Oct. 6, 1946, in Anamosa, Iowa, the daughter of Gilbert and Dorothy (Blythe) Milota. She graduated from Oxford Junction High School with the class of 1964.
Shortly thereafter, Pat enlisted in the United States Army. It was during her time in the Army that she met Allen Heinrich, a Chicago boy who would become her husband. They were married on July 26, 1966, and would go on to raise three children. After her time in the Army, Pat worked for a government contractor, then for Elkay for 20 years.
In her younger years, Pat loved to sew, bake and do crafts. As she aged, she enjoyed word search books, keeping up with Days of Our Lives, and watching hummingbirds.
But most important to Pat was her beloved family. She was a loving wife of 55 years and an amazing mother and grandmother. She'd do anything for those she loved. She was a sweet, loving, and patient person with a heart of gold.
