MEXICALI, BAHA, Calif.—Laura Williamson Hamm, 75, of Mexicali, Baha, Calif., formerly of Mount Carroll, died peacefully in hospice care on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, in Marion, N.C., where she was living with her niece, Missi Buckner.
She was a 1965 graduate of Mount Carroll High School. She had a varied career that included working as a carnival mechanic and supervising a number of photo processing shops. She was a member of the community church in Tucson, Ariz., where she lived a number of years.
She is survived by a brother, Terry Williamson of Ocala, Fla., and a sister, Linda Williamson of Rio Communities, N.M.
She was preceded in death by her son, Clifford Hamm, and her parents, Arthur LeRoy and Frances Jeanette Williamson.
