SAVANNA—Ralph Danna, 89, of Savanna, passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, at his home in Savanna.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at Law-Jones Funeral Home in Savanna. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lawjonesfuneralhome.com.

Ralph was born on Aug. 16, 1930, in Chicago, the son of Frank and Margaret Danna. Ralph married Wanda Jenson on June 21, 1957. Ralph and Wanda celebrated 30 years of marriage before her passing in June of 1987.

Ralph worked at Imperial Eastman for much of his life.

He enjoyed being outdoors and taking care of his lawn. To the chagrin of his family, he would shovel snow no matter the weather. He also loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ralph will be dearly missed by his daughter, Sharon (Daniel) Chico of Savanna; two grandchildren, Brenda (Courtney) and Danielle Chico; and two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Bri.

Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda; his brother, Guido Danna; two sisters, Marie Ross and Rosie Truncale; a nephew, Robert; and by his parents
