Tayler loved skateboarding and snowboarding as a teen and into his 20s. He enjoyed reading, learning all things about our universe, watching sci-fi, and trolling the former president, flat-earthers, and climate-change deniers on Twitter.

Later in life Tayler moved to Mount Carroll to help his mother, and to be closer to family. In Mount Carroll, Tayler worked for the Mount Carroll Senior Center and became part of their family.

Tayler had a magnetic personality. He was the kind of person you wanted to be friends with, and his personality attracted many close companions.
